Lulu

OK cute is becoming more common place of this blog of late. Ihave been trying many styles in the year and while I prefer the dark, the lighter side pops it's head up from time to time.

On to this next little card.
Lulu, the fashion Diva. That's her name and (pre)occupation. She is just one of the images available from CSDesigns. There are different types of stamps available from Arty Montage to Cute and Whimsical plus other bits and pieces.
The diamond shapes are all inspired by Lulu's earrings.

I paper pieced the dress on the main image after colouring the rest of Lulu with promarkers. The hand was fiddly to piece ontop of that, as you might well imagine.
A touch of glitter on the wings and dress and glossy accents on the shoes and earrings. The other 2 dresses were printed onto papers from Crafty Chaos' Dancing With Fairies set and cut out. Each was backed with butterfly embossed white CS then the same design paper to back. The other patterned papers are from that same set, the main base diamond was punched with a diamond lacey punch.
The SA ribbon on 2 edges was from a fab blog win last year, pearls already attached. Various buttons from my tin were also stuck on in verious places. The little handbag was a clear button until the alcohol ink was used.
The sentiment is a stamp in a freebie set in a mag sometime last year (Docrafts I think).
All this on plain lavender paper then pale pink then hot pink base.

I am entering this into the challenge over at Die Cut Dreams - Use a digi and a real stamp
Also entering this into the challenge over at The Crazy Challenge Blog where it's buttons this week. Craft Your Passion also have a yen for seeing buttons on the projects so this is being entered into that challenge as well.
