The inspiration came from over on CASE Study challenges.

A piece of card run through an embossing folder. Some holes punched to thread some twine through then attached to a shaped card base. Run through my big shot again, this time to cut an aperture out.
Behind the aperture, I attached my image. I chose a silhouette stamp from Delicious Doodles - The Lovey-Dovey one. Printed straight onto red card then cut out using a nestie.

Some little red heart gems to finish and it's ready for the recipient.
As I said. quick and easy.
