For full deets on this Freaking fangtastic Blog hop organised by Smeared Ink and The Smeared and Smudged forum, please hop on over to Terra's blog. All the info on the days sponsors are there as well as any other info you think you might need. The blog hop roll is there in my side bar.
Good morning folks.
First an apology for the quality of my pic. It was only when I came to schedule this post that I realised I had forgotten to take a photo when there was proper light. I will update tomorrow during the day.
A simple tag. Yes I'm taking the easy way out. The labour intensive projects interspersed with some quick and easy ones.
There is some stamping - top right and bottom left - some spider webs from Tattered Angels.
EDIT
well the tag photographed in this "daylight" isn't a lot different, slightly less glare
The tag base was debossed after applying versamark to the spiders on the embossing folder. Black pan pastel brushed into the hollows created. More pan pastel applied to the tag in various shades of olive and ochre with just a touch of violet. This was then sealed before stamping the webs and applying a burnt sienna tint.
The sentiment was cut from G45 "Steampunk spells" stack and the clock face (the supplying company has ceased trading) stuck down with glossy accents. The clock hands were given a lick of the violet pan pastel and a dab of copper before adhering these to show the witching hour is nigh.
Thank you for your continued support and fabulous comments.
See you tomorrow
