This week to welcome everyone back, Terry has said "Anything Goes". So a nice easy way to start off.
I have chosen to depict 4 of those marvellous dark images which I love so much, all on a side stepper card made from brown cardstock with backing papers from Crafty Chaos, distressed. From left to right, the images are Skeletorking, Colbra, Dragslither and Skulleon. I subtitled the card "Clash of the Titans" as they are clearly not friends.
The images were all printed onto white cardstock and coloured using promarkers. Little bits of glossy accents were used on the eyes. Then 'rough cut' out following the general shape. The distressing ink used on all was Forest Green, using more on some images to give different intensities.
I suppose a few images to go with my rambling wouldn't go amiss.
You TP fans will have seen a sneak peak on wednesday of Skulleon.
His adversary is the tail end of Colbra
While the head of Colbra is vieing with Dragslither
Skeletorking, in the mean time, is on his way to join the fray
The whole thing looks like
There we have it friends.
Now lets have a look at what you can make for us to come and admire.
There will be a prize of 3 free images for the winner of the challenge, so that is a wonderful incentive to take part in our challenge. Its all about having fun.
Hi and good morning Helen, on this special day for both of us.
ReplyDeleteI just love how you make these fantastic creations. So much work and detail which really highlights those fantastic Tellens Place images. Absolutely wonderful. Happy crafting Helen.
With love, Sandra xx
This is fab, I really must update the Crafty Chaos Designs blog to display some of these new goodies, is it ok to show both this one and the Dracula's Bride one you did for Stamp It Crazy? I'm afraid it won't really get you any more exposure at the minute, but once I get organised (yeah. right :P) and have it linked to the shop and updated more regularly, hopefully visitors there will come and see your other lovely creations :D
ReplyDeleteHi there Helen - fabulous stair step card with the creepiest of ghoulish dark images from TP! I just love your scenes depicting the goings-on of these fiends - so delightful, my dear. Thanks for being a part of the TPD Divas!
ReplyDeleteHelen, you have done a wonderful job on the stair step card. I can't beleive that I am the only DIVA not on the dark side. Great job.
