Desert Island Crafts GDT

Evening all. Firstly my apologies to the girls at Desert Island Crafts challenge for my tardiness. I simply had the dates all wrong on my calendar and therefore my head. I thank you all for giving me the opportunity of being a guest designer.
The new challenge starts today over at Desert Island Craft Challenge and, as a member of the Rick St Dennis EDT , was asked to do a GDT spot for them as Rick St Dennis is the sponsor this next 2 weeks.
The itinerary for this challenge is

1. Rick St Dennis Image
2. Create a Scene
3. Make it Spooky
4. Favourite Fairy Tale
5. Fantasy & Mythical Creatures
6. Monochrome
7. Show us some Metal
8. Layer it Up
9. Ribbon & Pearls
10. Sparkle & Shine

My card for this incorporates items 1, 3, 8, 9 and there's a tiny bit of 10 as well.
The image I used is the sister of the Vampyr used yesterday on the candle. This femme fatale is called Vampyr Masquerade.
I've worked with Hallowe'en/bruise colours and mirrored these in the card stocks used in all the layering. The image was coloured primarily with promarkers but there are areas that watered perfect pearls have been used to highlight and the little red mark on the black widow - that's glitter pen.
First there's a purple base. Then a couple of dry embossed layers of spiders. These were distressed with black ink after rubbing on some metallic rub on wax. Next - five different colours used for the spider web die cuts.

Sentiments are from Prickly Pear stamped onto the same cs and die cut out.
The ribbon - orange and green organza with thin black satin woven through and pearls adhered at the junction. More pearls on the sentiments and card as seen.

You have another couple of weeks to make a project and link into the challenge over at Desert Island Crafts for your chance to win some of the fabulous images from Rick St Dennis' Etsy shop.

I'd also like to enter this card into the challenge at
