Monster Mash for day 22 of the S&S 31 Days of Hallowe'en

There is a new challenge over at Smudgy Antics and this is my DT piece for it. It also doubles up as my 22nd project in this fabulous Hallowe'en blog hop organised by the Smeared & Smudged forum.
The rules and details of all the fabulous sponsors that have generously donated prizes along the way can be found on Terra's Blog and of course on the Smeared and Smudged forum.
The blog list is still there in my right hand side bar - should you get lost.
Thank you all that have kept up with me so far. Your kind comments really make this epic task worth it all.

To those of you that are also blogging your projects as well as commenting - hats off to you. I don't know when you'd be sleeping, haha.

Onto the piece I made for today. In-keeping with a similar theme as yesterday's post - the ghostly apparition, this time instead of using rubber and ink, it was done digitally. Taking the opacity of the image down so that is is barely there. Can you see what it is?
Another Fat Book page for my collection. I have used one of the new images over at Smeared Ink; one of the girls in the Freaky Girls collection - Jasmine. I had to choose her - that's my DD name. Mind you, this look nothing like my DD. I teamed her up with the Grim Reaper from the Build a graveyard set and they are mourning the passing of the little blue bird. All coloured with promarkers. This is the page open

and closed
I added an acetate layer and attached a black edging in ribbon and 3 little skull buttons.

Valerie is the very talented lady you will, no doubt have visited before me, and now is the turn of the beautiful blog of Sharon.

Don't forget to read the new rules over at Smudgy Antics - they did change last week - not sure if you are all aware of this

See you tomorrow or when you show your projects at the Smudgy Antics Challenge.

  2. This page is so cool - poor blue bird. The grim reaper lurking behind your girl is spooky and then the skull and cross bones top it off. Very neat.

  10. Beautiful page for your book and nice puzzle to find out what is lurking in the background. It is visible on the closer view and is a great touch thematically!
