I've been busy trying to get things done, work and get ready to go away so this week I've only made a quick bookmark. No I haven't read the book that a lot are raving about, but went with a little pun on the title. I used 15 shades of grey to colour this image with. Yep, all 15 promarker shades that I have.
The BP are also grey, a touch of black and white was added with the swirls (cricut cut). I followed the card layout on
Fetch A Sketch challenge this week, it lended itself so well for this.
The back of the bookmark was not left unadorned. I stamped and heat embossed in black an image from a Cherry Pie "writers" plate.
The cord and tassel were home made using embroidery thread in 5 shades of grey.
