That's the copy paste bit, lol.
Another card from me today - and we're having a Steam Punk day here in the Cubbyhole.
With none other than Mr Frostinator.
Quite hard to keep the glare out of this metallic card stock and trimmings.
The copper was stamped with some cog stamps before the addition of some pewter embossed card. Plenty of rub on metallic wax to highlight the joints and rivets. Some fusible fibres to simulate all the wiring inside our robotic snowman. All other "bits" from stash.
as you can see, Frostinator has been using his broom on the brushed gold here - and this is toned down with wax as well!
Coloured with promarkers. This is where I miss day light. Even day light bulbs seem to drain out colour in photos :(
Now being a sensible guy, Frostinator is aware that spare parts might not be readily available when using that broomstick to fly off to foreign parts, so he has packed his own supplies.
I couldn't think of a good sentiment at this time - but then I normally leave space for one and personalise the card when giving.
If you're into Halloween and the creepier side of things be sure to follow the CREEPMAS hop which has all sorts of weird stuff including decor, stories and general insanity...its fun... see left hand side bar logo for link

ReplyDeleteHelen, your Frostinator card is fabulous with all of the bits and pieces and gears and the key and bottle! The metallic look of the whole piece really highlights his snowy parts. And so funny you've chosen "image of the day" AGAIN!!
