Distress IT with Smudgy Antics

Monday - and this should have been up earlier - oops. I got in from work and went to my bed instead. These things happen, eh?  Better late than never ?
Smudgy Antics this week are presenting you with a very easy challenge this week, one that many of you do anyway with projects.
DISTRESS IT
relieve some stress by distressing items to make art.

You can stick with paper crafting or you can go three dimensional.  The more creative, the better.  We love it when you guys and gals think outside the box!

I made a gate fold card. I wanted to follow the sketchy challenge as set by the Smeared and Smudged Forum this month.
Smeared Ink Grumpie stamps from the Occasions Set came out. The digital version is available here. Love these little fellas.
The front
This front bit follows the sketch

Card stock and papers all got sandpapered, I don't have one of those special tools, then attacked with distress inks.
The inside

The little fella stressing over his fairy lights was masked off ready for mister eggnog to be added in the background. Coloured with promarkers with all those lights being given the glitter gel pen treatment. Tore the image sheet out and more distress inks on top of more inked torn paper before adding to the decorated interior.
OK - now it's your turn to de-stress and distress. Let's see what you got for us to ogle at by linking up at Mr Linky on the Smudgy Antics Blog.
