Now for The Prince.
Rick St Dennis dreamed up and drew this gorgeous depiction that is not your run of the mill Santa. He has been elevated to royalty. Jewel colours please says the man. What can be more royal than purple?
So began a card that most definitely is not in your traditional Christmas colours. Coloured with promarkers with touches of perfect pearls painted on. The fur is flower soft.
The layout of the card he resides on was taken from Merry Monday's challenge #20 sketch.
The tiny nail art gems reflect a myriad of colours ranging from purples to deep jade. Feathers etc from stash with a sizzix feathery diecut. Maybe I should have added a tassel as well? oh well.
There is a fabulous challenge starting over at the Rick St Dennis Challenge blog this week. Christmas with lots of white. Not enough white on this for me to post there, doesn't mean I can't join in the fun though.
I'd like to enter this into the challenge over at
